The Andor Care Collective Charity was founded to extend the values of the Andor Holding Group beyond business, creating real, lasting impact within the communities we serve. Our mission is to support individuals and families facing hardship by funding and promoting initiatives that improve wellbeing, financial stability, and access to essential care and support services.
The Andor Care Collective Charity is dedicated to supporting unpaid and low-paid carers, who play a vital but often unseen role in our communities. The charity provides funding for respite and essential support services, ensuring carers have access to the help they need to maintain their own wellbeing. Working in partnership with third-sector organisations, we help carers access mental health, wellbeing, financial, health, and nutrition services during their respite, recognising that caring for others begins with caring for oneself.
Because caring responsibilities often disrupt education and future opportunities, the charity also funds college programmes, online courses, and vocational training to help bridge these gaps. By empowering carers to build new skills and regain confidence in their own aspirations, we aim to create lasting, positive change for those who give so much of themselves to others.

At the heart of the Andor Holding Group is a commitment to people, to improving lives through connection, opportunity, and care. The creation of the Andor Care Collective Charity reflects our belief that business success should go hand in hand with social responsibility. By reinvesting our time, resources, and expertise into community-focused initiatives, we aim to bridge gaps in care and support those who are often overlooked.
We understand that small actions can drive significant change, and that collective effort has the power to transform lives. Through the Andor Care Collective Charity, we are building a culture of giving and collaboration that strengthens communities, empowers individuals, and embodies the values that define the Andor Group as a whole.
